• What are the hours hospice is available? Hospice is available 24/7.

• Is your medical director certified? Yes our Medical Director is certified in Hospice & Palliative Medicine.

• How many years has the organization been in operation? Over 10 years.

• What size company is Compassionate Hospice Care? Compassionate is a small family owned hospice which allows us to provide more personalized care and have nurse case managers with a small caseload.

• Who is involved in the care team? Our team consists of MD, RN, CNA, MSW, Chaplain, Bereavement Coordinator, and Volunteers. Patient and family are involved in all components of care.

• What are the Medicare covered levels of care? Hospice provides four levels of care: routine (most common), General Inpatient, Respite and Continuous.
